Responding to inquiries and communication — legitimate interest or performance of a service at your request.

We share personal data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the Site: Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend and/or Brevo (email), Cloudflare (DNS and security). All processors are contractually bound to protect data.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Contact inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and maintain communication records, then deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary.

Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Technical logs are retained for a reasonable period required for security and maintenance.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent (where processing is based on consent).

Protection of Protos Web original designs, code, and creative works is governed by the Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy applies solely to personal data and does not diminish copyright or ownership of Site content.
